What is Child seat Assessment

Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and National Agency for Automotive safety and Victims' Aid, as a part of NCAP, have started to conduct frontal crash test and usability evaluation test for marketed child seats and have announced its safety evaluation results to the public since FY2001. The object of Child seat assessment is to increase the use of safer product by providing an environment in which user can easily select such products and also promote the development of safer child seat by CRS manufacturers.
